Context/Seed

The company’s website had not kept pace with its expanded services or evolving brand, making it difficult for visitors—especially prospective clients—to understand current capabilities. Key service offerings were missing or underrepresented, and the site structure no longer supported marketing’s workflow or sales conversations. As a result, the website functioned more as a static presence than an active business tool.

Research/Roots

I worked directly with the CEO and sales teams to clarify how the company’s services had evolved, including deeper Salesforce and integration expertise. Together, we identified which offerings needed dedicated pages, which client examples were outdated, and where the site failed to reflect real-world sales conversations. I complemented these insights with analytics, user feedback, and competitor reviews to uncover content gaps and areas where navigation and structure could be improved.

Solution/Seedling

I redesigned the website around clarity and usability, rebuilding the information architecture to make services easier to find and understand. The visual system was refreshed to align with updated branding, while new service pages and interactive elements supported clearer storytelling. Content layouts and calls to action were optimized to better support both sales enablement and ongoing marketing efforts.

The redesigned website became a trusted resource for both prospects and internal teams, making the company’s services easier to understand and reference in real sales conversations. Improved clarity, structure, and content depth supported stronger engagement and helped increase visibility across key audiences. With a flexible foundation in place, marketing gained the ability to scale storytelling through customer examples, campaigns, and future content without friction.
